'Try the new NHS App
If you’re a patient at our practice you can now use the new NHS App, a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet.
You can use the NHS App to check your symptoms and get instant advice, book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view your GP medical record and more.
If you already use Patient Access or MyGP app you can continue to use it. You can use the NHS App as well. For more information go to www.nhs.uk/nhsapp'
NHS Digital are researching the NHS App at Forest Road surgery on the 25th July 2pm-6pm. Would you like to take part?
We want to interview people about the app. It doesn’t matter if you have been using it regularly or could not download it.
What will happen
You will be interviewed by two researchers from the NHS team. The interview will last for 15 minutes. If you are having problems using the App, we will be able to help. If you are enjoying the App, come along and tell us.
Thursday 25th July 2019, between 2:00pm and 6:00pm

We will respond by 4pm on Tuesday 23rd July at the latest if we are interviewing you.
If we do not reply, please assume we couldn’t interview you this time.
