Travel Vaccinationsglobal air travel

If you require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel you need to complete a travel questionnaire at least 6 weeks before you travel, available from Reception or click on the link below.  Once completed a member of staff will contact you to let you know which vaccinations you require and make an appointment for you.  There is further information about countries and vaccinations required on the links below

Some vaccinations and immunisations are free to patients because they are justified for public health reasons and are part of a practice’s duty to offer, but others, including some travel vaccinations, are not.

 

Free protection is available on the NHS against: typhoid, hepatitis A, meningitis C, tetanus, diphtheria and polio.

 

GPs may charge, or refer to a specialist clinic (which will charge) for: yellow fever, meningococcal meningitis, Japanese and tick-borne encephalitis, hepatitis B and rabies.
